Build an AI workflow to match records and find emails

I am looking for someone who can help us build a workflow that takes incomplete records and turns them into usable contact data. We have two types of records: • Individual records: a person’s name and physical address. • Company records: a company name and company address. What I want is a system that can match these records, figure out the right person or company, and find the best email address where possible. Some matches will be obvious, and some will need a confidence check or manual review. We’re not looking for just a one-off lookup. We want help figuring out the right tools and building the process so it can be reused. What we need • Review the data and suggest the best workflow. • Recommend the tools and connectors needed. • Build or prototype the process. • Return the result in a clean spreadsheet or database format. • Flag uncertain matches.
