We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support ongoing business and technology initiatives. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and delivery teams while leveraging modern AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and solution design. 📌 Role Overview You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating project activities, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments where AI-enabled workflows are encouraged. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document clear business requirements Translate business needs into structured functional and non-functional requirements Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies Track progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution Maintain clear and structured project documentation and reporting Support solution shaping using AI-assisted tools and modern workflows Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery outcomes Support change management and implementation activities where required 🤖 AI & Modern Tooling Skills (Highly Desirable) Experience using AI tools for productivity and analysis, such as: OpenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-based workflows) Anthropic Claude GitHub Copilot Familiarity with prompt engineering for documentation, analysis, and requirement refinement Exposure to “vibe coding” / AI-assisted development workflows (rapid prototyping, assisted scripting, or low-code/no-code AI development) Ability to use AI to summarise meetings, generate documentation, and improve stakeholder communication Interest in applying AI to improve BA and project coordination efficiency 🎯 Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments Strong attention to detail and structured thinking Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, or similar ⭐ Nice to Have Experience in IT, infrastructure, or enterprise environments Understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid) Exposure to service management or operational teams Experience working in AI-augmented delivery environments 💬 What We Offer Flexible remote work via Upwork Opportunity to work on meaningful business and technology initiatives Exposure to modern AI-driven ways of working Potential for ongoing engagement based on performance 📩 How to Apply Please include: A short summary of your relevant experience Examples of projects involving requirements gathering or coordination Any experience using AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, etc.) Your availability and hourly rate
