Business Analyst for Work Package Preparation

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to prepare a work package, focusing on functional requirements and field mapping documents. The work involves taking partially documented functional requirements and packaging them into a clean, complete work package ready to hand off to external development contractors. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects. 2h estimated work package preparation, starting immediately. What you'll be doing: - Reviewing existing functional requirements and assessing the state of the work package - Polishing and structuring them into a complete Functional Requirements & Field Mapping document - Collaborating with our Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to fill gaps, clarify scope, and ensure the work package is dev-ready - Producing a well-defined, self-contained work package that external developers can build against with confidence - Flagging any ambiguities, risks, or missing information that could block delivery What we're looking for: - Proven experience preparing and packaging work for external development teams - Strong background writing Functional Requirement and Field Mapping documents - Able to take rough or partial documentation and turn it into polished, dev-ready work packages - Overlap with EST timezone is strongly preferred
