Business Architect / Commercial Strategist for Creative Business

I’m looking for Creative Business Architect and strategist with a scope of work around 1–2 weeks starting from September. I’m an illustrator/animator with two business directions: — commercial illustration & animation — live sketching for weddings, events and future brand activations For the last two years I’ve worked without a clear pricing or business system. I often accepted underpriced projects that became too long and difficult to manage, then relied on live sketching for faster income. I need someone to analyze my existing work and tell me how to structure this sustainably now. Now I’m doing an sufit of past 2years work. I will provide: * past projects * prices * approximate hours * revisions * client types * profitability * portfolio * stress/workload notes I need you to: * identify what I should stop, keep and prioritize * analyze which services are actually profitable * set minimum pricing and capacity rules * recommend services/offers for each direction * decide how Liubiko and Live Art Eu should coexist * recommend which should be primary vs secondary, or whether one should eventually be dropped * create a sustainable income/workload model * give me a clear action plan I can start immediately I want a professional recommendation based on the data.
