Business Attorney for LLC Agreement Review

I am looking for an experienced U.S. business attorney with expertise in LLCs, C-Corps, operating agreements, and partnership disputes to review an existing operating agreement and advise me on my rights, obligations, and potential legal considerations as a member of the company. The ideal candidate should have experience with closely held businesses, founder ownership issues, and Colorado LLC law (preferred but not required).
