Business Central Developer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer with strong expertise in Finance and Advanced Warehousing modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions and must have successfully delivered end-to-end implementation projects involving the Finance module and Advanced Warehousing. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL. Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support. Configure and customize Finance and Advanced Warehousing modules based on business requirements. Develop Business Central extensions and custom functionalities using AL and Visual Studio Code. Integrate Business Central with third-party applications using APIs, REST, SOAP, and OData services. Perform data migration, testing, deployment, and production support. Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Business Central applications. Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams. Mandatory Skills 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV development. Strong hands-on expertise in AL Programming. Experience developing Business Central Extensions. Mandatory experience with end-to-end implementation of the Finance module, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Bank Reconciliation Fixed Assets Financial Reporting Month-end and Year-end Closing Mandatory experience implementing Advanced Warehousing/Warehouse Management, including: Directed Put-away & Pick Warehouse Receipts & Shipments Bin Management Inventory Management Item Tracking Physical Inventory Strong understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices. Experience with SQL Server. Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and OData integrations. Experience with Azure DevOps and Git. Preferred Skills Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Experience with Business Central upgrades and migrations from Dynamics NAV. Knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Sales modules. Experience integrating Business Central with third-party applications and ERP systems. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are an added advantage. Required Experience Minimum of 2 full-cycle end-to-end Business Central implementation projects involving the Finance module. Hands-on implementation experience with Advanced Warehousing. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, UAT, and go-live support. Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
