Business Growth Coach – Retail & Ecommerce We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Coach to join our remote coaching team. This is an independent contractor role supporting established retail and ecommerce business owners as they work through a structured business growth program. 👋 About the Role You enjoy building genuine relationships with clients, asking thoughtful questions and helping people move forward when they feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what to do next. You are organised, dependable and comfortable supporting clients through written coaching, community conversations and personalised Loom feedback. You know how to be encouraging without simply telling clients what they want to hear. You can hold someone accountable, challenge their thinking and help them take action while still making them feel supported. Most importantly, you care about the client experience. You notice when someone has gone quiet. You follow up when progress has stalled. You do not wait until a client is completely disengaged before taking action. You understand that strong coaching is not about giving people all the answers. It is about helping them apply the resources available to them and follow through on the work required to grow their business. ✅ What You Will Be Doing * Support a portfolio of established retail and ecommerce business owners. * Respond to client questions, progress updates and requests for feedback. * Review worksheets and client submissions. * Provide clear written and Loom video feedback. * Ask targeted questions to identify what is preventing progress. * Direct clients to the relevant lesson, worksheet or resource. * Help clients turn learning into practical next steps. * Hold clients accountable to agreed actions. * Proactively follow up with clients who become inactive or disengaged. * Recognise when a client issue needs to be escalated. * Attend coach training and team meetings. 🎯 We Are Looking For Someone Who Has * Previous experience coaching or mentoring business owners. * Experience supporting clients inside an online program, membership or community. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Confidence giving direct, constructive feedback. * Strong organisation and consistent follow-through. * The ability to build trust and maintain client engagement. * The ability to work within an established curriculum and coaching methodology. * Confidence using online communities, Loom and remote collaboration tools.
