Business Communication Coach & Interview Practice

I'm looking for a communication coach or mentor who can help me get better at organizing my thoughts and speaking clearly, especially in stressful or unexpected moments during meetings. I already have a good grasp of the content, my issue is more about structure. I tend to ramble when I'm put on the spot or when a stakeholder throws a tough question at me. I want to work with someone who can help me practice using frameworks like the Pyramid Principle, PREP, BLUF, and similar models, so I can respond faster and more clearly under pressure. I can share examples of past interview practice and meeting transcripts so you can see exactly where I tend to struggle, whether it's rambling, losing the thread, or not landing on a clear point. What I'm hoping for: Someone who understands business communication frameworks (Minto's Pyramid Principle, SCQA, PREP, BLUF, etc) and can teach me how to apply them naturally, not just recite them Willingness to review my examples first, then build mock scenarios based on my actual weak spots Mock meeting or interview scenarios where you throw curveballs at me (ambiguous questions, pushback, conflicting priorities) so I can practice thinking on my feet in real time Feedback on my pacing, structure, and how I open and close my answers Someone patient and encouraging, this is a skill I'm building, not something I've mastered yet Ideally you have a background in executive coaching, consulting, Toastmasters-style facilitation, or something similar where structured impromptu speaking is part of the job. Format is flexible, video calls work best for me. Open to a recurring weekly session if it's a good fit.
