Business Developer/Project Manager in Europe

Aureon Family Office is a highly regarded provider of trust and corporate services for private high-net-worth clients, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses. We operate as an international trust boutique with consultants stationed in key locations worldwide, including Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, Switzerland, UAE, and the Asia Pacific. We are expanding our footprint in the Green Energy sector and are looking for motivated individuals to join us in this exciting industry. Position Overview: We are seeking Business Development Managers and Project Managers based in Europe specifically in Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Serbia, Slovania, to help us expand our Green Energy initiatives in the European and Asian region. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate new business, engage with partners, and manage projects to drive growth in this emerging market. This candidate will be focused and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to think critically, execute strategies, and manage complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: - Generate leads, engage with business partners, and build relationships to develop new opportunities in the Green Energy sector. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expanding our Green Energy services. Project Management: - Manage Green Energy projects from inception to execution, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with the company’s objectives in the Green Energy industry. - Interpretation/Translation: - Support business meetings by facilitating communication in the local dialect, ensuring a clear understanding of the local culture. Localization: - Assist with localization services to adapt our offerings for the MENA market, making sure they meet cultural and regulatory standards. Business Intelligence: - Conduct market research to help identify emerging opportunities and challenges in the Green Energy sector across MENA. - Admin and Assistance Support: - Arrange travel plans and assist with logistical needs such as currency exchange, accommodation, and local services. Qualifications: - Strong business acumen or a keen interest in learning about the Green Energy industry. - Proven experience or knowledge in the Green - Energy sector (preferred but not necessary). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management. - Goal-oriented with a focus on successful outcomes. - Experience running your own business (nice to have). Who We're Looking For: We are open to young enthusiasts with no prior experience but a passion for Green Energy, a burning desire to learn, and the determination to excel in the field. Additional Details: Location: Remote work with travel across Europe and the MENA region as needed. Compensation: Per task/assignment basis, in accordance with European standards. All travel expenses covered by the company. Work Arrangement: You will be working as a consultant rather than a full-time employee, giving you the freedom to manage your time while building a secondary income stream.
