Business Development Manager (Advertisers + Media) Full-Time | Remote (U.S. Eastern Time Hours) SCA Services, LLC (USA) Overview We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive revenue by developing and closing partnerships on both sides of our ecosystem — advertisers (law firms, funding groups) and media partners (affiliates, call centers, publishers). This is not a “build from scratch” role. You will step into existing relationships and active campaigns and are expected to grow, structure, and close new opportunities consistently. About SCA Services SCA Services is a performance-based legal marketing company focused on high-value case acquisition, including: - Personal Injury (MVA) - Mass Torts - Institutional Abuse - SSDI Our model focuses on qualified cases and signed retainers — not low-quality lead volume. Responsibilities - Develop and close new partnerships with advertisers and media partners - Manage and grow existing relationships and active campaigns - Drive consistent outreach, follow-up, and pipeline development - Negotiate and structure deals (CPA, CPL, CPQ, CPR) - Coordinate campaign launches and partner onboarding - Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, leadership) to ensure performance Requirements - Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to manage pipeline and close deals independently - Experience in legal marketing, call centers, lead generation, or performance marketing is a plus - Comfortable working in a performance-driven, remote environment Important This role is focused on closing and revenue generation — not just outreach or campaign management. Compensation - Base salary + commission - Target earnings: $120,000 – $150,000+ annually - Additional upside based on performance Schedule - Monday – Friday - 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time If you are interested, please submit your proposal and cover letter.
