🎯 Objective: To re-engage attendees from previous workshops who didn’t convert and guide them to schedule a call with DeKesha to explore how we can support them. 📋 Core Responsibilities: Review past workshop attendee lists and CRM notes Make outbound calls to follow up with unconverted leads Send personalized SMS and/or email follow-ups Handle objections and answer basic questions (using a script or FAQ sheet) Qualify leads and book discovery calls on your calendar Track all outreach and outcomes in the CRM (like HighLevel) 💬 Key Skills & Attributes: Confident phone presence and warm, conversational tone Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with sales CRM systems (bonus if they’ve used HighLevel) Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented Can follow scripts but also improvise as needed Comfortable representing you and your brand 🛠️ Tools They’ll Use: Phone/SMS via HighLevel or similar CRM Google Sheets or Airtable to track leads Calendar booking link (e.g., Calendly or HighLevel calendar) Scripts, FAQs, and conversation starter templates
