Looking for a full-time Business Development Executive to help grow our Oracle HCM software and consulting business. You will promote: FormulaX – AI tool for Oracle HCM Fast Formulas Oracle HCM consulting and specialist resources Other Oracle HCM tools, including reporting and work-schedule solutions What you will do Build targeted prospect lists for UK, US and Middle East markets Research Oracle HCM end clients and implementation partners Run outbound activity through LinkedIn, email and calls Book qualified discovery calls and demos Follow up leads consistently and keep opportunities moving Maintain clear CRM/Jira records, activity reporting and next steps Support proposals, partner outreach and sales campaigns What we need Proven B2B technology, SaaS, IT consulting or resource-sales experience Experience selling into UK, US or Middle East markets Strong spoken and written English Confident with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools Able to work UK business hours Comfortable speaking with senior HR, Payroll, HR Systems, IT and consulting leaders Organised, responsive and able to show activity and pipeline progress clearly Important This is not just a lead-list-building role. We need someone who can start conversations, qualify opportunities, follow up properly and help progress deals.
