Business Development Executive (Commission Only)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Sales Representative to generate new clients for our software development company. Services We Offer: • Custom Software Development • Website Development • Mobile App Development • E-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce & Custom) • AI Automation & Chatbots • CRM & ERP Development • API Integrations Responsibilities: • Generate qualified leads through cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, or other outbound methods. • Convert prospects into paying clients. • Build long-term client relationships. Note: We will NOT provide Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or any other freelance marketplace accounts. You must generate your own leads and opportunities. Target Markets: • USA • UK • Australia • Canada • Netherlands • Europe, etc Applicants from any country, including India, are welcome, provided you can generate clients from the above markets. Compensation: • 100% Commission Based (No Fixed Salary) • Earn 10%–20% commission on every successfully closed project. • Unlimited earning potential. Ideal Candidate: • Experience selling IT or software development services. • Strong English communication skills. • Experience with cold outreach and B2B sales. • Self-motivated and results-driven.
