The Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and expand TBMC's client portfolio across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating qualified meetings for the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: -Identify and research potential clients across the UK and Europe -Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and cold calling -Build relationships with founders, directors, and key decision-makers -Book qualified discovery meetings for the leadership team -Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline -Follow up and nurture prospects consistently -Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports -Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships Ideal Candidate: -Proven experience in B2B business development or lead generation -Strong communication and relationship-building skills -Experience selling agency, consulting, technology, or marketing services is preferred -Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting -Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven -Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms -Understanding of the Real Estate, Property -Management, Hospitality, F&B, or E-commerce sectors is a significant advantage What Success Looks Like: -Consistently generating qualified leads and meetings -Building a strong pipeline of potential clients across the UK and Europe -Creating new business opportunities within our specialist industries -Playing a key role in the growth of an innovative, fast-scaling company Compensation: -Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission and incentives.
