About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Infranova Developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market. • Generate leads through networking, references, and market research. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. • Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets. • Maintain updated knowledge of real estate trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements: •Any degree • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Real Estate experience preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and meet targets. • Self-motivated with a positive and result-oriented attitude.
