Business Development & Growth Partner for Outdoor Technology Startup (Commission)

Commission-Based Growth Partner – Outdoor Technology Startup Dryads Outdoors is seeking a commission-based Growth Partner to help expand our sponsorship, affiliate, creator, and outdoor business network. Dryads is a rapidly growing outdoor technology platform serving hunters, anglers, campers, hikers, off-roaders, conservation organizations, outdoor businesses, and professionals. Our platform combines advanced mapping, artificial intelligence, social communities, outdoor tools, gaming, safety features, weather intelligence, and enterprise solutions into one ecosystem. This is not a salaried position at this stage. This opportunity is commission-based with the potential to grow into a paid contract, leadership, or wage-based role as the company expands. Compensation This role is performance-based. 20% commission on subscription sales 25% commission on sponsorship and advertising sales Performance bonuses may be available Future contract, hourly, or leadership opportunities may become available based on results Responsibilities Identify and contact outdoor brands, businesses, creators, podcasts, retailers, organizations, and sponsors Promote Dryads subscription plans, sponsorship opportunities, and partnerships Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities Build relationships within the outdoor industry Schedule meetings with interested prospects Track outreach activities and opportunities Ideal Candidate You may be a strong fit if you have experience in: Sales Business development Affiliate marketing Sponsorship sales Lead generation Partnership development Outdoor industry relationships Creator or influencer outreach Outdoor experience in hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, overlanding, conservation, or outdoor recreation is considered an asset.
