Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote) We are a growing marketing and lead generation company focused on helping HVAC and other home service businesses (roofing, remodeling, kitchen and bath, and related industries) generate more qualified leads and convert more opportunities into customers. We are looking for a proactive, professional, and highly organized individual to help support both outbound business development and inbound lead management. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder and help build a growing business from the ground up. Responsibilities: • Research and identify qualified HVAC and home service companies • Build prospect lists and locate business owners and key decision makers • Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-up activities • Introduce our services and identify qualified opportunities • Respond to inbound inquiries generated through advertising campaigns • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments • Maintain organized records of outreach, conversations, and follow-up activities • Assist with prospecting strategies, market research, and business development initiatives Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers by phone • Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, sales, or business development • Strong internet connection and professional work environment • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Experience with CRM systems, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools is a plus Preferred Experience: • Marketing agency experience • HVAC, roofing, remodeling, or home services experience • Lead generation or appointment setting experience • Virtual assistant, inside sales, or business development experience • Experience researching prospects and building targeted prospect lists Compensation: Please include your desired hourly rate when applying. Performance-based bonuses may be available for qualified appointments, new client acquisitions, and overall contribution to business growth. Growth Opportunity: This position is expected to start with lead generation, prospect research, outreach, inbound lead qualification, and appointment setting responsibilities. As the business grows, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in client success, account management, operations, project coordination, and business development. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, taking initiative, and growing alongside a developing business.
