Business Development Manager — Creative Agency (B2B)

Main Division is a creative agency specialising in design, branding and online advertising. We work with clients to craft innovative solutions that blend creativity with strategy to deliver impactful results. We’re looking for someone to lead outbound client acquisition, not through volume, but through smart, targeted conversations with decision-makers who are qualified leads. This role is about opening the right doors. What you’ll do: • Identify and approach high-potential clients (founders, CMOs, marketing leads) • Craft and send tailored outreach (LinkedIn + email) • Start conversations that lead to qualified meetings • Build and manage a clean, focused pipeline • Collaborate on messaging angles and positioning • Continuously test and refine outreach approaches What we’re looking for • Experience in B2B outreach (agency, consulting, SaaS, or similar) • Strong writing and communication skills, you know how to sound human, not scripted • Ability to understand and communicate value (not just features) • Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers • Organized and consistent with follow-ups Bonus if you: • Have worked with branding, marketing, or creative agencies • Understand positioning, messaging, or brand strategy • Have examples of outreach that led to real conversations or deals If your approach to outreach is volumes with “send more messages,” this won’t be a fit. If your approach is getting quality out of quantity, meaning “say the right thing to the right person,” we should talk.
