Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven, self-starting Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our sales efforts and drive new business acquisition. In this full-cycle sales role, you will be entirely responsible for the sales pipeline - from initial cold outreach and prospecting to conducting demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and outbound prospecting to closing contracts. - Outbound Prospecting: Conduct targeted cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to identify and qualify high-potential decision-makers. - Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and product presentations/demos to understand client pain points and showcase Inovi’s value proposition. Deal Closing: Structure proposals, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business independently. - Marketing Collaboration: Partner with our internal Growth Marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud teams to optimize lead-generation campaigns and follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). - CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts within the CRM.
