Your Responsibilities • Conduct a thorough on ground market research and identify opportunities, pricing trends, competitors, and customer demand. • Develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, contractors, architects, interior designers, furniture manufacturers, and project developers. • Introduce and promote our hardware solutions to potential customers. • Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into sales. • Negotiate business deals and support customers throughout the sales process. • Provide regular market feedback, customer insights, and competitor intelligence. • Assist with localized marketing initiatives and social media outreach to increase brand awareness. • Help establish a sustainable and growing sales network in your market. Ideal Candidate • Previous experience in sales, distribution, business development, or channel partnerships. • Experience in hardware, construction materials, furniture fittings, building products, interiors, or related industries is highly preferred. • Existing network of distributors, contractors, architects, furniture manufacturers, or retail buyers. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently. • Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth. • Experience with digital marketing or social media promotion is a bonus.
