US Business Development Partner – Long-term Growth Opportunity

We are Opevion — an Operations Partner currently operating from Hong Kong that runs fully managed “Operations Pods” for physical product brands ($1M–$10M revenue). Our team has successfully built and scaled multiple businesses across fashion, beauty, consumer products, e-commerce, manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, and business process outsourcing. Opevion is our new initiative, and building strong human partnerships remains at the heart of what we do. We help founders run their entire operations (fulfillment, customer support, supplier management, reporting, and more) through a dedicated team and advanced systems. We start by conducting an operations audit, then put the right systems and processes in place to run the business at its highest efficiency, so founders can focus fully on growth. We are looking to establish a long-term business presence in the US and are seeking a US-based Business Development Partner who wants to build something meaningful with us. This is not a typical freelance role. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term partnership and has the ambition to grow with us as we build our operations in the US. What you’ll do (starting phase): - Generate and qualify leads for our Operations Pod services - Book discovery calls with founders of physical product brands - Represent our company and communicate the value of our managed operations model - Hand over qualified opportunities to the core team Compensation (Starting Structure): We are offering a 3-month trial period to start. During these 3 months, the total compensation will be $4,500, paid in monthly installments based on clearly defined milestones. After the successful completion of the trial period, the structure will move to: - Monthly retainer: $1,000 – $1,500 (depending on experience and fit) - Commission: 15–20% of revenue from clients you bring in A clear path to increase the retainer significantly will be discussed and formally documented when we sign the agreement after the trial period. Important Note: We are offering a lower starting retainer because we want to build a genuine long-term partnership. We are looking for someone who understands this and is comfortable with a performance-based model that offers strong long-term growth potential as the partnership develops. Long-term Vision: We are interested in establishing a real business presence in the US. For the right person, this role has the potential to evolve into a deeper business partnership as we grow together.
