Business Development Partner (Revenue Share) | AI-First IT Services | US & UK Markets

Avenant.ai is an AI-first software engineering company helping businesses accelerate software delivery through AI-enabled engineering teams. Our initial focus is on: Staff Augmentation Dedicated Engineering Teams AI & Automation Projects Cloud, Data & Full-Stack Engineering We're looking for an experienced Business Development Partner to help onboard new clients in the US and UK. This role is focused on relationship-led business development rather than high-volume cold calling or SDR-style funnel building. We are looking for someone who can leverage their network, build executive relationships, identify opportunities, and help close IT services engagements. What we're looking for Experience selling IT Services, Software Development, or Staff Augmentation Existing network in the US and/or UK (preferred) Ability to engage with CTOs, Engineering Leaders, Product Leaders, and Founders Entrepreneurial mindset and strong relationship-building skills Compensation Performance-based Commission + Recurring Revenue Share No fixed salary initially Significant upside for long-term client relationships If you've successfully helped IT services companies win business in the US or UK and are interested in growing with an early-stage AI-first engineering company, we'd love to hear from you.
