Business Development Plan Consultant

We are seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive business development plan for our company to expand BMS/Controls/EPMS design, engineering, programming, graphics development, QA/QC/Commissioning support, Documentation as-built etc services. The plan to include detailed steps, and things like market analysis, market/segment/territory focus, buying cycle and the ecosystem, who is our ideal customer, how should we market, competitor examples etc. Delivery mechanisms such as SOW/Project based delivery, staff aug etc. and creating a detailed plan for implementation. You need to have understanding of Engineering/Construction/Facilities operations and map our our buyer ecosystem.
