As we continue to expand across Canada, we are seeking a Business Development & Proposal Coordinator to support our growth initiatives. Project Overview We are looking for a highly organized professional to support business development, opportunity identification, proposal coordination, marketing activities, and CRM management. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting consulting, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or professional services organizations. Responsibilities Business Development Support • Research target organizations and decision makers • Build and maintain prospect databases • Maintain CRM records • Track business development activities • Prepare company and client briefing notes Opportunity Identification Monitor and track opportunities from sources such as: • BC Bid • MERX • Infrastructure BC • BC Hydro • TransLink • Municipal Governments • Health Authorities • Crown Corporations • Public Sector Procurement Portals Identify opportunities relevant to CDI Experts Vancouver. Proposal Coordination • Maintain proposal library • Update project references and CVs • Coordinate proposal submissions • Manage proposal schedules and deadlines • Assist with capability statements and marketing collateral Marketing Support • LinkedIn content coordination • Email campaign support • Case study development • Market research • Competitive intelligence Administrative Support • Schedule meetings • Maintain action item trackers • Prepare weekly business development reports Desired Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: • Construction • Engineering • Infrastructure • Consulting • Professional Services • Proposal Coordination • Bid Coordination • Business Development Support Experience with public-sector procurement and infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
