The Role We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities for our AI SaaS products. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking high-quality demos for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a key role in building our sales pipeline. Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to provided leads Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers (SMBs) Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points Clearly communicate the value of RefluentAI’s solutions in a simple way Qualify prospects based on fit and interest level Schedule qualified product demo appointments Follow up with leads before and after demos via phone and email Re-engage inactive or undecided prospects to move them forward Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates Work closely with the sales/closing team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads Requirements Proven experience in B2B cold calling, SDR, BDR, or appointment setting roles Strong English communication and persuasion skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Ability to handle objections confidently High level of discipline and consistency in daily outreach Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) Previous SaaS, tech, or service-based sales experience is a strong advantage Performance Metrics Your success will be measured by: Number of qualified conversations Demos booked per week Demo attendance rate Lead quality and qualification accuracy Pipeline contribution Compensation We are open to flexible arrangements: Compensation (Commission Only) This is a 100% performance-based role. You will be compensated based on results: 💰 Payment per qualified booked appointment 💰 Additional bonuses for high-quality leads that convert into customers 💰 Higher payouts for consistent weekly performance Exact commission structure will be discussed based on experience and performance. We are focused on results and long-term collaboration.
