We provide guided horseback riding adventures, private rides, proposal rides, sunset rides, birthday rides, and special events. We are looking for an energetic Business Development Representative to build long-term partnerships with hotels, concierge desks, Airbnb hosts, vacation rental managers, travel agencies, tour companies, wedding planners, and corporate event planners. This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping grow a tourism business. Responsibilities * Research potential partners. * Contact hotels and concierge departments. * Reach out to Airbnb hosts and vacation rental management companies. * Contact travel agencies and destination management companies (DMCs). * Call businesses and introduce our affiliate program. * Send personalized emails. * Follow up consistently until a decision is made. * Schedule meetings when needed. * Help partners get set up with their affiliate link or referral code. * Keep detailed notes in our CRM or spreadsheet. * Report daily progress. Requirements * Excellent spoken and written English. * Experience in B2B sales or partnership development. * Comfortable making outbound calls. * Strong email communication skills. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Experience using CRM software or spreadsheets. * Self-motivated and dependable. * Hospitality or tourism sales experience is a plus. Daily KPIs * Research and add 20–30 new partner prospects. * Make 15–20 outbound calls. * Send 20 personalized emails. * Send 10 follow-up emails. * Update CRM after every interaction. Weekly KPIs * 100+ new prospects researched. * 100+ emails sent. * 75+ outbound calls completed. * 15+ conversations with decision-makers. * Schedule at least 5 meetings. * Sign at least 3 new affiliate partners each week.
