Business Development Representative

Job Title: Sales Closer (Meeting-Based | Commission + Per Meeting Pay) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer to attend client meetings and help convert prospects into paying customers. Your primary role will be to lead or assist in sales calls, handle objections, and close deals effectively. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales and deal closing * Fluent English communication skills * American accent or a clear, natural accent preferred * Strong confidence, persuasion, and objection-handling skills * Ability to understand client needs and present solutions clearly Compensation: * Fixed payment per meeting attended * Additional 10% commission on every deal successfully closed Responsibilities: * Attend scheduled sales meetings with prospects * Drive conversations toward closing * Build trust and maintain a professional presence * Collaborate to improve sales strategies and outcomes Additional Information: * All necessary sales materials, including scripts and supporting resources, will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared for each meeting If you have a strong sales background and can confidently close deals on calls, we’d love to work with you.
