We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our marketing agency by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. This role involves researching target businesses, conducting outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels, following up with leads, and booking qualified discovery calls for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, professional, and comfortable starting conversations with decision-makers about marketing, web, SEO, paid advertising, AI, and digital growth opportunities. Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, marketing, or agency services is an asset, but strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-focused mindset are essential. Budget set for initial probationary period and will increase over duration of contract based on performance. Will start part time and scale to full time position.
