Business Development / Sales Executive – Smpl AI We’re looking for our first Business Development / Sales hire at Smpl AI. Your role will be to identify the right target customers, reach decision-makers, generate qualified opportunities, and book demos that turn into customers. You’ll work directly with the founder and have significant ownership over how we build our early sales and outbound process. What you’ll do * Identify our best target customers and decision-makers. * Build and manage prospect lists. * Run personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels. * Book qualified demos and follow up with prospects. * Help refine our ICP, messaging, and sales approach based on what you learn. The role includes commission on every sale you help close, so your compensation grows directly with the results you generate. Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, automation, or software sales is a strong plus.
