We are a fast-growing Workforce Management as a Service provider looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development / Sales Specialist to spearhead our client acquisition. If you are a master of the full sales cycle, from establishing leads and cold outreach to navigating corporate gatekeepers and closing the deal, we want you. What We Do: We help organizations optimize their operations by providing specialized, end-to-end WFM and data solutions, including: Capacity Planning, Forecasting, and Scheduling Real-Time Management & 24/7 Command Center Operations Advanced Dashboard Reporting, Data Analytics, and Custom Reporting Systems What You Will Do (Responsibilities): Lead Generation & Digging: Identify, prospect, and qualify B2B leads who need operational efficiency, WFM support, or data analytics. Outreach & Pipeline Management: Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calling) to build a robust sales pipeline. Deal Closing: Pitch our services to decision-makers, handle objections, and close managed services/staff augmentation contracts. What We Are Looking For (Requirements): Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Experience selling Managed Services, Staff Augmentation, or working in a BPO client acquisition capacity is highly preferred. WFM Familiarity (is a Plus): A solid understanding of call center operations, forecasting, or operational data analytics is a massive plus. Self-Starter Mentality: You don't just wait for leads; you know how to dig them up and chase them down. Flawless Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
