Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for a B2B Lead Generation Assistant to help build and manage outbound pipelines using email sequences, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools. This role is focused on finding the right companies and contacts, enriching data, and setting up targeted outreach so our sales efforts stay consistent and organized. Responsibilities -Research and build prospect lists for our target industries and personas -Use tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn to find and verify contacts -Create and manage B2B lead lists in spreadsheets and CRM -Launch and monitor email sequences and LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, messages, follow-ups) -Log activities, notes, and status updates in our CRM or tracking system -Qualify leads at a basic level (fit, role, company size, interest signals) before passing to the sales team -Report weekly on list-building progress, outreach volume, and basic metrics (opens, replies, positive responses) Requirements -Proven experience with B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting -Hands-on experience with tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo.io (or similar platforms) -Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach -Strong attention to detail and ability to keep data clean and organized -Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and ICP/ideal customer profiles -Clear written communication and reliable responsiveness Salary- $20 to $40 per hour AND Commission on ALL appointments made.
