Business Development Strategist

We are a growing educational consulting and training company seeking an experienced Government Contract Bidding & Proposal Consultant to help us identify, pursue, and win government contracts in Maryland and across the United States. Our organization specializes in: * Education and workforce development * Teacher training and professional development * Youth leadership and coaching programs * AI and technology training * Curriculum design and educational consulting We are looking for a professional who can help us: * Identify relevant federal, state, county, and municipal contracting opportunities * Monitor bid portals and procurement websites * Evaluate RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and grant opportunities * Develop bid/no-bid recommendations * Assist with proposal writing and submission * Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements * Build a sustainable government contracting strategy for our company Ideal Experience: * Proven success in U.S. government contracting * Experience with education, workforce development, training, or consulting contracts * Familiarity with Maryland procurement opportunities * Knowledge of SAM.gov, state procurement portals, and local government contracting processes * Strong proposal writing and project management skills Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
