This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, creating connections, welcoming guests, and helping create memorable experiences for business professionals and community leaders. 🌟 About the Role As our Business Growth Experience Coordinator, you will be one of the welcoming faces of the Business Growth Gallery. Your role will be focused on creating a positive experience for visitors, helping connect people within our business community, and supporting the day-to-day experience at the Gallery. What You'll Do Welcome and engage visitors, business owners, professionals, and guests. Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. Help guests navigate the Gallery and understand what we offer. Build relationships and encourage meaningful conversations. Help connect business professionals with the right people and opportunities. Support events, networking activities, and special experiences at the Gallery. Help maintain an organized and professional environment. Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks. Communicate professionally through phone, text, email, and in person. Represent the Business Growth Gallery and Coach Lucy Q's brand professionally. We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Outgoing and naturally comfortable talking to people. Friendly, confident, and professional. Highly organized and dependable. Energetic and positive. A strong communicator. Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships. Proactive and able to take initiative. Professional in appearance and attitude.
