You need to be genuinely sharp at GoHighLevel. Building sites inside it that are fast, clean, and built to convert, not template dumps. Setting up CRM the right way, including pipelines, stages, contact structure, calendars and booking. Building the lead capture and follow-up that catches every lead and never lets one die. Getting campaigns and creative live in the system. Make.com or n8n experience matters, because the automation layer is where this grows next, and where you grow with it. This role starts here and widens. The person who does it well takes on more over time. The work is not a question. I bring the clients. The only thing capping how many businesses we take on is that I am doing the delivery myself instead of out pitching the next ones. Add capability to the team and that cap comes off. You are not hunting for the next project here. The flow is already there, and it grows as we do. Here is how it works. I lead from the front and build alongside you. The work is mapped before you touch it, the standard is shown, not just described, and you get direction and fast feedback throughout. You become an extension of how we operate, so the bar is high, and you are never building blind. Do excellent work consistently and this becomes long-term, and far larger than a freelance contract.
