Business Information Verification Associate – USA Remote

We are looking for a reliable U.S.-based freelancer to assist with business information verification and customer-response research. You will make short outbound calls to assigned businesses, follow a provided script, verify the requested information, and record the results in a simple report. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to assigned businesses. Use the provided business name, address, and ZIP code. Follow the provided script and instructions. Verify services, availability, and other requested information. Record representative responses accurately. Note pricing or fees when provided. Complete a brief report after each call. Requirements Must currently reside in the USA. Strong spoken English. Comfortable making outbound calls. Professional phone communication. Reliable and detail-oriented. Regular phone number required; virtual numbers are not accepted. Previous experience in customer service, business research, data verification, phone surveys, or quality assurance is a plus.
