What You’ll Help Lead You’ll work directly with me across nearly every part of the business, including: * Operations * Project Management * Marketing Execution * Launch Planning * Funnels & Automations * Customer Journey & Client Experience * Team Accountability * Reporting & KPIs * Events & Promotions You’re the person making sure ideas actually become reality. You’ll help establish company priorities, create 30-, 60-, and 90-day plans, keep projects moving, hold the team accountable, identify bottlenecks, improve communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’re also the bridge between departments, making sure Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Tech are all rowing in the same direction. What You’ll Be Responsible For * Managing projects across multiple departments * Creating project plans, timelines, priorities, and ownership * Holding team members accountable to commitments * Supporting launches from planning through execution * Reviewing funnels, automations, and customer journeys * Testing registrations, emails, SMS campaigns, automations, integrations, and client workflows before they go live * Identifying operational bottlenecks before they become bigger problems * Improving systems, documentation, and SOPs * Creating visibility around priorities and project status * Tracking KPIs and operational metrics * Continuously improving how the company operates * Identifying opportunities to leverage AI to improve efficiency, reporting, communication, documentation, and team productivity Marketing & Quality Control This role isn’t about creating all of our marketing. It’s about making sure our marketing is executed with excellence. You have a strong marketing eye and can confidently review emails, landing pages, sales pages, funnels, automations, and launch assets before they go live. You catch inconsistencies. You identify weak customer experiences. You ask thoughtful questions. You test everything. You care about the details just as much as the big picture. Because by the time something reaches me, I want to know it’s already been reviewed through a critical lens. Required Experience You have experience in one or more of the following roles: * Business Manager * Integrator * Director of Operations * COO * Operations Manager You have hands-on experience with: * Scaling an online business * Marketing execution and launch management * Online launches and campaign coordination * Funnel strategy, testing, and optimization * Customer journey mapping and client experience * Email marketing and CRM management * Marketing automations and workflow optimization * Project management across multiple departments * Team leadership and accountability * KPI reporting and dashboards * SOP creation and process improvement * AI tools that improve operations, productivity, reporting, documentation, and decision-making You are proficient with: * GoHighLevel * ActiveCampaign * ClickUp * Airtable * Google Workspace * ChatGPT (or equivalent AI tools) If your natural instinct is to improve everything you touch, you’ll probably love this role. Success in This Role Looks Like: Within your first 90 days, you’ll have a clear understanding of how the business operates and where our greatest opportunities lie. You’ll help create greater visibility across the company, improve accountability, strengthen communication, and identify the biggest bottlenecks preventing us from scaling. You’ll build trust with the team while creating systems that make everyone’s job easier. Over time, success in this role looks like: * Projects move forward without constant follow-up. * Launches run smoothly and on schedule. * Funnels, automations, and customer journeys work exactly as intended. * The team knows exactly what they own and what’s expected of them. * Communication becomes proactive instead of reactive. * Marketing campaigns are reviewed, tested, and delivered with excellence. * Client experiences become even stronger. * Systems continue improving as the company grows. * AI is being used strategically to increase efficiency and reduce manual work. * Problems are solved before they ever reach me. Most importantly… I spend less time managing day-to-day operations and more time leading, creating, serving our clients, growing the company, and living the life I’ve intentionally built. Compensation Starting compensation is $5,500 USD per month, with significant opportunities for growth based on performance, leadership, and the continued growth of the company.
