About The Role We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of multiple Amazon seller accounts. This is an operational and administrative support role focused on organization, communication, and keeping projects on track. Amazon experience is a plus, but I can teach the right person. Responsibilities - Download weekly reports from Amazon accounts - Monitor account health, notifications, inventory, and case logs - Update spreadsheets and client portals with account activity - Organize calendars, follow-ups, and client requests - Coordinate communication between clients and graphic designers - Turn listing ideas and feedback into organized creative briefs - Track projects and ensure deadlines are met - Keep track of invoices and operational tasks - Build SOPs in Notion Ideal Candidate - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Super AI/Tech savvy and quick to learn - Claude Code/GitHub/Agents/AI Tools building is a huge need to organize the business - Strong communication skills - Comfortable managing multiple projects at once - Familiar with Google Sheets/Docs and project management tools - Amazon Seller Central knowledge is a plus Important Notes We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, and organized who can help keep operations running smoothly. Most processes can be taught to the right candidate.
