Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations & HR Consultant to help restructure and formalise our internal e-commerce, management, and social media teams. This project involves reviewing current team responsibilities, updating contracts, creating operational process documents, and developing company policies to improve accountability, workflow, and overall efficiency. Scope of Work 1. Team & Role Review Meet with company director to review current team structure Analyse existing responsibilities and workloads Identify gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies Clarify team roles and reporting structure 2. Role Responsibilities & Workload Planning Review and redefine responsibilities for approximately 6 roles across: E-commerce Social media Management/operations The following output is needed: 3. Contract Updates Review and update staff/freelancer contracts to reflect: * Revised responsibilities * Workload expectations * Deliverables * Operational changes * Company expectations 4. Process & SOP Documentation Create operational process documents (SOPs) for each role outlining: * Daily and weekly tasks * Step-by-step workflows * Internal processes * Approval systems * Communication procedures * Escalation process * Workload scheduling 5. Policy Creation Develop professional company policies including: * General company policy * Social media policy * E-commerce operations policy Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with experience in: * HR operations * Team restructuring * SOP/process documentation * Organisational operations * E-commerce businesses * Social media team management * Contract and policy drafting Experience working with fashion startups, growing brands, agencies, or fast-paced online businesses is highly preferred. Project Timeline * Start immediately * Completion required within 2 weeks Deliverables * 6 Revised contracts (minor changes) * 6 process/SOP documents * 6 Company policies To Apply Please provide: * Relevant experience * Examples of SOPs/process documents or policies created * Experience with e-commerce or social media teams
