Business Operations & Financial Data Analyst

This role combines revenue operations, financial planning, rewards management and business analytics. The successful candidate will ensure operational accuracy, maintain executive dashboards, monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to support management decisions. 1. Revenue Operations & Financial Control Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports from multiple business partners, countries and currencies. Reconcile operational reports against official financial reports. Validate invoices, collections, outstanding payments and revenue calculations. 2. Rewards Operations & Budget Management Manage reward inventory including vouchers, cashback, mobile data bundles and digital rewards. Track purchased, redeemed, delivered, expired and available reward stock. Prepare monthly reward consumption reports. Forecast future reward purchasing requirements. 3. Business Analytics & Performance Reporting Build and maintain automated dashboards using Google Sheets. Analyze user growth, engagement, retention and redemption behaviour. Monitor application KPIs and campaign performance. Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related field. 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Operations or Business Analytics. Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Experience with financial reports and large datasets. Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights. Fluent English. Google Sheets Skills Advanced knowledge of XLOOKUP, QUERY, INDEX/MATCH, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables and Conditional Formatting
