Business Operations Manager — Luxury Fashion Brand

Established luxury handbag brand seeks a Business Operations Manager to run the entire operational side of the company while the founder focuses on sales and creative. You will own: logistics end-to-end (coordinating our China warehouse and production team, international shipping, 3PLs, couriers, customs/duties issues, packaging quality); wholesale operations (processing POs, partner communication, delivery timelines, invoicing and chasing receivables across UK, GCC, Japan, Vietnam); and customer service (Gorgias helpdesk, supervising a CS agent, returns and replacements). Requires 4+ years operations experience in ecommerce/fashion/consumer goods, supply chain and freight knowledge, wholesale/B2B account management, Shopify fluency, excellent written English, and full ownership mentality- you fix problems without hand-holding.
