Scope of Work – Business Owner Cell Phone Research Objective Provide the direct cell phone number of the business owner for each company provided. Client will provide: Business Name City & State Business Owner Name (when available) If owner name is missing, identify the correct owner, founder, president, CEO, managing partner, or controlling principal and provide their direct cell phone number. Research & Verification Use RocketReach and/or ZoomInfo (preferred), or any equal or better platform, to identify owner cell phone numbers. All numbers must be double validated using at least two independent sources to reasonably confirm: Correct business owner Correct direct cell phone number Not an employee, office line, landline, receptionist, switchboard, or generic business number Spokeo is recommended, but not required, for secondary validation. Any reliable independent verification method is acceptable. Be aware that some owners intentionally use decoy or misleading phone numbers online. Research should account for this by reviewing historical numbers, expanded RocketReach results, prior records, ownership history, cross-source consistency, and alternate databases to determine the most likely legitimate current owner cell phone number. If uncertain between numbers, provide up to two likely cell phone numbers and identify the strongest match. Deliverable Format Spreadsheet with: Business Name City State Business Owner Name (if missing) Direct Cell Phone Number Secondary Number (if uncertain) Quality & Timeline Accuracy is more important than speed, however this should be completed as quickly as reasonably possible. Do not guess. Leave blank rather than provide an unverified number. This is a pilot project. Depending on accuracy, speed, and overall quality, there will likely be substantially more ongoing work, as there is a large list remaining to complete. Performance Expectation Expected output: 100 verified business owner cell phone numbers for $150, depending on research difficulty.
