Business Process / Systems Designer — Optimize Existing SOPs & Team Workflow We run a small, fully remote creative services business (AI mascot animation for local businesses). Good news: the hard work is done. We already have SOPs for all 4 team roles (prospect research, video creation, content coordination, client management) and a working workflow. We just need optimization. What we need: - Review our existing 4 SOPs and current workflow - Tighten the handoffs between roles — clear triggers, owners, and outputs - Map the optimized process across our four stages: prospect database + outreach, onboarding, and client fulfillment - Deliver the polished SOPs (Google Docs) our VAs can run day one Important: You do NOT need GoHighLevel expertise. We already have a GHL technician on the team — you'll design the process, and they'll handle the technical build. You just need to be able to communicate clearly with them about what the workflow should do. You should have: - Experience designing/optimizing SOPs for small remote/VA teams - Strong process-mapping and documentation skills - A "simplify, don't over-engineer" mindset Rate: $5/hr. This is a well-defined optimization project
