Investor Prospectus Designer & Editor — Airport Wellness Startup I have already developed the business concept, vision, business model, market research, financial projections, investor messaging, competitive analysis, and core prospectus content. I am looking for an experienced professional to take my existing material and turn it into a polished, sophisticated, investor-ready prospectus. You will be responsible for: * Reviewing and organizing the content I provide * Editing and polishing the writing for clarity, consistency, and an investor audience * Creating a compelling narrative and logical flow * Formatting the prospectus professionally * Developing a cohesive visual hierarchy and page layouts * Incorporating charts, graphs, tables, financial highlights, and other visuals where appropriate * Creating professional section headers, callouts, and key investment highlights * Applying the Gate Zen brand consistently throughout the document * Making the document feel premium, modern, innovative, and credible * Identifying areas where wording or presentation could be strengthened and making recommendations * Delivering a final, polished PDF suitable for sharing with potential investors, strategic partners, and airport executives * Providing an editable source file so I can update the prospectus as the company develops The aesthetic should feel: Modern • Sophisticated • Calm • Premium • Clean • Innovative • Aspirational The finished prospectus should look like something an investor would expect from a professionally funded startup. I am not looking for someone to create the business concept from scratch. I have already done the strategic work and have substantial content prepared. Your value will be in taking that material and transforming it into a cohesive, visually compelling, professionally written investor document. You should be comfortable making editorial decisions, improving language, eliminating repetition, and determining the best way to visually communicate information without changing the underlying business strategy or financial assumptions. You should have experience with: * Investor prospectuses * Startup pitch materials * Investment memorandums * Business plans * Corporate presentations * Premium brand design * Information-heavy documents * Financial/market data visualization * Canva, InDesign, Figma, PowerPoint, or similar professional design tools Deliverables: 1. Professionally formatted charts, tables, and financial information 6. Final proofreading and quality-control pass I will provide the existing content, research, financial information, brand direction, and supporting materials.
