We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented freelancer located in the United States to assist with ongoing business research and customer experience evaluation projects. Your role will involve contacting businesses, asking standardized research questions, collecting publicly available information about their services, and documenting the results in a structured report. This is a remote, long-term opportunity with flexible working hours. Responsibilities Contact businesses by phone during normal business hours. Ask standardized research questions provided by our team. Gather information regarding: Services offered Availability Estimate process Business procedures General pricing (when voluntarily provided) Evaluate: Response time Professionalism Communication quality Overall customer experience Complete detailed reports after each assignment. Submit reports through Upwork. Requirements Must currently reside in the United States. Excellent spoken and written English. Professional phone communication skills. Reliable internet connection. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written instructions. Comfortable making outbound business calls. Experience in customer service, market research, mystery shopping, virtual assistance, or quality assurance is preferred but not required. Compensation Hourly Upwork contract.
