Business Research & Expansion Coordinator – Latin America (Spanish & English)

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English freelancer to help us research and grow our business across Mexico, Central America, and Spanish-speaking South America. The ideal candidate should be located in one of the key Latin American markets, such as Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, or another major Spanish-speaking country in the region. Initial Project * Conduct market research on the residential elevator and accessibility industry. * Identify potential dealers, distributors, builders, architects, and business partners. * Build organized prospect lists with contact information. * Research competitors, pricing, and local market opportunities. Long-Term Opportunity For the right person, this can grow into a part-time Business Support & Expansion Coordinator role, assisting with communications, outreach, marketing, project coordination, and regional business development. Our portfolio includes U.S.-made products as well as European and Asian imports, allowing us to offer solutions at a variety of price points and feature levels to meet the needs of different markets throughout Latin America. Requirements * Fluent in Spanish and English. * Ideally located in a key Latin American market. * Strong research, organizational, and communication skills. * Comfortable working independently. * Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Experience in market research, business development, marketing, administration, or project coordination is preferred. * Portuguese language skills are a strong plus. This is a remote freelance position with the potential for a long-term working relationship as we expand throughout Latin America.
