About the Project I’m the owner of a growing UK digital marketing consultancy, working with clients across website design, SEO, paid advertising, social media management, CRM systems and business growth. As my business continues to grow, I’m investing in building a complete operational system that allows my business to scale efficiently. I’m currently documenting all of my service delivery processes and internal workflows in detail using ChatGPT. These SOPs will become the foundation of my business. I’m looking for an experienced Business Systems & GoHighLevel Implementation Specialist to take these documented processes and bring them to life through well-organised project management systems and intelligent automations. This isn’t a role where you’ll need to write the processes yourself. The strategy and SOPs will already be created. Your job is to implement them professionally and recommend smarter ways of working where appropriate. Your Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for: * Building professional Trello boards from documented SOPs. * Creating reusable Trello templates for each service. * Building detailed task lists, checklists and workflows. * Organising labels, due dates, automations and board structures. * Reviewing existing business processes and suggesting improvements. * Building and improving automations within GoHighLevel. * Identifying repetitive manual tasks that can be automated. * Implementing business systems that improve efficiency and consistency. * Working with documented processes to ensure they are easy for future team members to follow. Current Tech Stack You should be confident working with most or all of the following: Essential * GoHighLevel * Trello Highly Desirable * AI tools such as ChatGPT The First Phase of the Project Initially, we’ll be building systems for services including: * Website Projects * SEO Projects * Paid Advertising Management * Social Media Management * Client Onboarding * Client Offboarding * Monthly Reporting * Strategy Sessions * Tech Support Each service should become a fully documented, reusable system that can be duplicated for every new client. Where appropriate, I’d also like recommendations for automations that remove manual admin and improve efficiency. Who I’m Looking For The ideal person will: * Have excellent experience with GoHighLevel. * Be highly organised and process-driven. * Have extensive experience building Trello workspaces. * Think in systems rather than individual tasks. * Be confident recommending workflow improvements. * Have exceptional attention to detail. * Communicate clearly and proactively. * Take pride in building organised, scalable business systems. Experience working with agencies, consultants or service-based businesses would be a significant advantage.
