AI & Business Systems Strategist Needed to Design a Relationship Intelligence Operating System for a Top Arizona Real Estate Advisory Firm Overview I am the Founder of Arizona Real Estate Consultants, a relationship-driven real estate advisory firm serving Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona communities. I am redesigning my business for the next decade. I am NOT looking for: A chatbot developer A social media manager A virtual assistant A CRM salesperson Someone who simply builds Zapier, Make, or N8N automations I am seeking a strategic thinker who understands AI, business systems, workflow design, relationship-based businesses, CRM architecture, database activation, content ecosystems, and operational scalability. The goal is not to automate tasks. The goal is to create a Relationship Intelligence Operating System that helps a small team identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, improve client experience, increase conversions, and operate more efficiently. Technology should support the business strategy—not define it. Database Activation Strategy Design a system that activates and nurtures relationships using: Personalized email Text Video AI-assisted communication Segmentation Relationship scoring The objective is to create meaningful engagement without relying on large volumes of outbound phone calls.
