I need an experienced small business bookkeeper, tax compiler, and business administrator who is experienced in small business books, taxes, and legally closing and opening businesses in the USA and the state of Texas. Specifically, I need someone to assist with last year's and this year's business taxes, business books, and with getting the legal paperwork and books together and filed to comply with regulations for closing an existing PLLC taxed as an S-Corp and reopening as a sole proprietorship.
