Discord Community Lawyer Needed – Terms of Service & Liability Review I am seeking an experienced attorney to review and revise the Rules, Terms of Service, and legal disclaimers for my private Discord community, The Brotherhood, owned and operated by BlackArrowTradingLLC. The community primarily discusses trading, business, entrepreneurship, and related topics. My objective is to ensure that all community rules, membership terms, disclaimers, and liability provisions are legally sound, enforceable, and structured to minimize legal exposure for both the community and the company. Scope of Work: Review existing Discord server rules and Terms of Service Review financial/trading-related disclaimers Identify potential legal vulnerabilities or areas of risk Strengthen liability limitation, indemnification, intellectual property, privacy, and user conduct provisions Review membership, refund, and termination language Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. laws and online community best practices Advise on additional protections that should be implemented for a private paid membership community Ideal Qualifications: Licensed attorney in the United States Experience drafting or reviewing Terms of Service, membership agreements, and online community policies Familiarity with Discord communities, subscription businesses, and user-generated content platforms Experience with financial, trading, educational, or membership-based businesses is preferred Understanding of liability mitigation, arbitration clauses, privacy issues, and intellectual property protection Deliverables: Marked-up review of existing documents Recommended revisions and legal protections Final revised version suitable for implementation within Discord and related platforms Please provide: Your relevant legal experience Examples of similar work (if permissible) Your jurisdiction(s) of licensure Your estimated timeline and fee structure
