CAD / BIM Drafting Agency - Redline Implementation & Model Cleanup

We are an established engineering services firm seeking a drafting and CAD agency, not an individual freelancer, to support our internal team on a large, multi-building documentation effort. This is a high-volume redline implementation and model cleanup against a defined checklist. It is NOT design or engineering work, and nothing is built from scratch. We want a long-term agency partner, not a one-off gig. IMMEDIATE START, READ BEFORE APPLYING Your team must already be available. Onboarding call no later than Tuesday, June 16, with production beginning June 17 to 18. Do not apply if you cannot commit a full-time team this week. WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING, YOU PROVIDE THE SKILL Your team remotes into our workstations and works in our environment. We supply: - The workstations - The software licenses (AutoCAD 2025 and Revit 2025 with Keynote Manager) - The logins - The files - 24/7 access to the machines You install and license nothing. What we need from you is proficiency with these tools at a high level. Because we carry all software and infrastructure costs, we expect your rate to reflect at least a minor discount. REQUIRED SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY (you must know these tools; we provide the licenses) - AutoCAD 2025, primarily for electrical rooms and one-lines - Revit 2025 with the Keynote Manager add-on, covering Mechanical, Electrical, AND Architectural SCOPE, CHECKLIST-DRIVEN TASKS ACROSS THE MODEL SET - Updating room tags from the Architectural - Updating general project information in Revit models - Applying future-phase filtering to equipment and utilities - Removing unused content (purging) - Updating and adding busway-related tagging - Updating grid lines and associated annotations - Plotting from Revit to the provided sizes and specifications The work is repetitive, but it requires real discipline, awareness, and a high level of detail. REQUIREMENTS - An agency with a deep bench (ideally 10 to 15 designers), not a solo freelancer - Minimum 5 designers dedicated full-time - One named point of contact, fluent in English, managing the team - Internal QC is on you, so submit clean, finished work - 6-week minimum, with intent toward a permanent partnership - Capacity for additional and ad-hoc work beyond the initial scope WHO WE DO NOT NEED - Not engineers - Not senior designers - Not code specialists We need a team that delivers a high volume of work with high-level detail and accuracy. Volume and precision, not seniority. HOW YOU WILL BE HIRED Selection is based on your response. State it plainly and specifically, in this form: "We can give you [X] full-time drafters working [X] hours per week, starting [date]. [Name] will be your point of contact, fluent in English, and will manage the project." Then also confirm: - Proficiency with AutoCAD 2025 and Revit 2025 with Keynote Manager, with examples of comparable work - That your team is comfortable remoting into client-provided workstations - Your hourly rate per designer, reflecting that we provide all software and infrastructure - That you can start onboarding by June 16 and produce by June 17 to 18 We interview before committing, and may run a short 1 to 2-day trial with a few of your designers.
